Here goes the card I made:

This is Bella with Flowers from Wild Rose Studio Stamps and the pattern papers are also from Wild Rose Studio, from Bella papers pack. 

I colored the image with copic markers!!  Flowers are from Wild Orchid, half pearls and rhinestones are from my stash!
