Flowers!!

Hello Friends,

Today I bring a card that I made for a technique swap in the SSSD Yahoo Group that I belong to!

The Technique given is masking and fussy border!!  You can find all the instructions on Pat`s blog.

I absolutely love the result, take a look:

It is pretty, don`t you think?  Stamp used here is Imagnisce and I stamped with Rose Bud color from memento ink, then colored the inside of the flowers with copic markers R81, RV00, RV000. Sentiment is from Fiskars-Laugh with me Quotes!.

Rhinestones are from my stash and so is the ribbon!

Happy Birthday!!

Hello Friends,

I have a card to share with you that I made last night, a clean and simple one with this image that I colored long time ago! here goes:

I cant remember the name of this image, but it is cute, isn`t it!!!  I colored the image with copic markers. Cardstock is purple, but it looks like dark blue.. sorry about that!!    Sentiment  and twine are from Stamping Scrapping!

You Are so Beary Special!!

Hello Friends,
I have another card to show you today!!  and this is because I got so disapointed earlier today… I entered my last card in a challenge and then I was told it didnt qualify for that particular challenge coz didnt follow the theme strictly.
Well, that bugged me so much that I decided to make another card.. lol
and guess what?!  I love it making it… what a challenge for me!! no layers.. omg.. first time making a card with absolutely no layers and using stamps and ink pads only!! and no copics!!!!   lol   that is really not me!! ahahahah    but I love it!!
so here is my card:

isn it a cutie???  I absolutely love it..
I used EK Sucess ink pads and the stamps are from Technique Tuesdays and Heidi Grace Designs.

Thanks a Bunch!

Hello Friends,
I bring a card to day that I made for my thank you cards stash. As I mentioned on my last post, I’ll make quite a few cards for those times that we need a thank you card with no Tilda or Teddy Bears images.. so here goes:


This is very simple and very quick card to make..
I heated embossed the flowers and added pearled brads in the center of them.
Sentiment is from Stamping Scrapping Designs and I placed the sentiment on a white piece of cardstock that I cut using frou froug tag nesties in my Grand Calibur.

Clean and Simple!

Hello Friends,

Today I bring a clean and simple card..  I always have to say this when a make a clean and simple card: this is tough for me as I have hard time not using my flowers, ribbons, brads and all at once...lol lo

Anyways, last week I realized that I don't have simple thank you cards, I mean,  I wanted cards with no Tilda or Bears as images.. Cards that can be given to anyone in any occasion.. I didnt think the cards I had in my stash would go well for that particular occasion.

So I decided that I'll make those kind of cards from now on.. well, I used a butterfly in this one, but I still think this is appropriate for a thank you card!!! .. so I'm happy.

Baby cards

Hello Ladies,

I hope you are all having a great sunday so far!!

Remember that I told you few days ago that my Boss gave few rubber stamps as gift??

Well,  I got time to play with them this weekend and I`m dying to show you!!!

I decided to make a baby boy card  first!!   

Unfortunately, I did not have any baby paper theme so I thought this background paper would work.

I tried to add glitter on it but did not work at al...  I have to see a tutorial, how to do it properly.. 

Put few blue rhinestones to decorate a little bit and this ribbon I had in my stash... it is kind of cute, isn`t it!?!?

Voces lembram que alguns dias atras eu contei que ganhei de presente da minha Chefe alguns carimbos??

Pois bem, tive oportunidade de brincar com eles neste fim de semana.

Primeiro fiz um cartão de bebe masculino. 

Infelizmente nao tinha nenhum papel especial para bebe, entao usei este mesmo...  Acho que fico bom tambem!!

Tentei colocar glitter mas nao deu certo.. Vou ter que procurar um tutorial para ver como deve ser feito...

Coloquei alguns cristais e esta fita de ursinho que eu tinha... Achei esta fita uma gracinha!!

oh, but I also made a baby girl card in pink color...  this time I emboss it, so would have a little bit more of shining!

Again didn`t have any baby paper so I used this one...

Ah, mas fiz tambem um cartao para menina. 

De novo nao tinha papel especial para bebes entao useu igual ao outro, so que na cor rosa.

Neste cartao, eu usei o aquecedor de emboss.. so ficaria com um pouquinho mais de brilho..
