This is Jingles, the Elf from Inky Impressions. I have colored the image using copic markers E37, E33, E53, R59, R56, R46, YG67, YG63, YG11, R20, C3.
Flowers are from Wild Orchid, card stock, ribbon and half pearl from my stash!
